Eileen Martinez is a proud 9th generation Texan and a native Austinite, whose roots run deep in the heart of Texas. Born into a family that owns the oldest family fort in the state, Eileen’s upbringing was steeped in rich history and a strong sense of community. Her parents operate a successful roofing company, instilling in her the importance of putting a roof over a family's head—a value that she carries into every aspect of her professional life, including her thriving real estate career.

Eileen’s journey began with a remarkable athletic career; at just 15, she was personally invited to train with the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team as a goalkeeper. Her competitive spirit continues to thrive, as she now channels that passion into coaching college-bound goalkeepers and competitive teams. Whether on the field or off, Eileen is always in pursuit of excellence, and her unwavering dedication to her endeavors is evident in all that she does.

After growing up in Washington, D.C., Eileen graduated with honors from the University of North Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film. Her academic pursuits were punctuated by her keen interests in documentary filmmaking, editing, film theory, and marketing, complemented by double minors in French and English. These skills have been invaluable in her real estate career, where effective communication and marketing are key.

Eileen’s career began at Southwest Airlines, where she worked in customer relations at headquarters, providing specialized assistance to clients facing disability and security issues. This experience honed her ability to navigate complex situations with grace and empathy. She later transitioned to Spirit Airlines as a flight attendant, commuting back and forth from Austin to Chicago while joyfully managing her responsibilities during pregnancy with her first-born child.

Returning to her family’s roofing and construction business, Eileen took on marketing, data collection, and administrative tasks. Her efforts culminated in the successful launch of the company’s commercial branch in Texas, reinforcing her commitment to home and family through bespoke services that cater to the needs of her clients. This experience seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career, where she now helps families find their dream homes with the same dedication and expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Eileen is a devoted wife and mother to her two toddlers and two mini Australian shepherds. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in hobbies such as genealogy, cooking, reading, and even playfully imagining herself as a commentator for every Major League Soccer game she watches.

Eileen is also a proud member of the Junior League of Austin, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and various preservation societies, emphasizing her dedication to community service and heritage preservation.
